Easy Bookkeeping

CPA Reviewed Bookkeeping for Peace of Mind

Business owners have better things to do than record expenses into excel spreadsheets.  Let our team of experienced financial accounting professionals handle the day to day so you can focus on your business.

Bookkeeping Doesn't Have To Be Painful

Accurate financials are a necessity to bring structure and consistency to your business and facilitate growth. That means keeping records organized, maintaining reliable reporting, improving visibility into performance, and making it easier to understand where things stand financially from month to month.

For many businesses, that also means owners spend hours every month laboriously combing through bank statements to tally up every deposit and expense into an excel spreadsheet or an ill-maintained QuickBooks file.  Profit and Loss statements are generated months after they are needed and no one really feels like they know what’s going on or where all the money is going.

We’ve seen it time and time again and fortunately have fixed it time and time again.  Our team of financial professionals is equipped with the experience and expertise to custom tailor your bookkeeping processes so things just work in the background.  No more scrambling around month end trying to find receipts, instead we’ll tell you exactly what we need and when we need it so you can focus on running your business and not being run by your books.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do your bookkeeping services include?

Ongoing categorization of transactions for all relevant financial accounts (including bank accounts, credit cards, loans, etc), reconciliation of all financial accounts (including bank accounts, credit cards, loans, depreciation schedules, revenue schedules, or any other account necessary), and any necessary adjustments to the client’s chart of accounts to ensure the financial statements convey the information the decision makers need to make good decision.

What industries do you serve?

We work with dozens of small business clients in dozens of industries.  Despite what you may have read online, the vast majority of bookkeeping and accounting needs are the same regardless of your industry.  We’ve worked with SaaS companies, coffee shops, retail stores, restaurants, real estate investors, realtors, real estate holding companies, auto repair shops, law firms, professional service firms, Youtube content creators, construction contractors, hair salons, cleaning companies, tattoo shops, graphic designers, bakeries, chiropractors, and advertising agencies…just to name a few.

What geographical areas do you serve?

The benefit to working with a virtual firm is that we can serve clients literally all over the client and (if you decide to take a vacation) all over the world.  All of our processes are designed to be digital to make compliance as easy as it possibly can be, so no matter where you business is located we can help.

What if I don't understand my financial reports?

Don’t worry, you’re not alone.  Part of our onboarding of new clients is to review your first month’s financial statements together with you to ensure you understand what the reports are actually telling you.  If anything doesn’t make sense it is our job to teach you so that you can make good decisions.

How big should my business be before I decide to outsource my bookkeeping?

If you’re a hobbyist with a handful of transactions each month and it takes you no time to record everything into excel then there would definitely be no reason to outsource.  However, if you’re planning on growing your business then you should absolutely service sooner rather than later.  The mistake we’ve seen time and time again is that owners get too busy running the business that they leave their bookkeeping on the backburner then when it finally becomes such a problem that it demands to be dealt with, they have to somehow carve out the time to work on getting things caught up while still running the business.  Save yourself the time and stress and get someone engaged sooner rather than later.

This all sounds expensive.

Helping small businesses is our passion and our adoption of technology allows us to bring large firm quality service in a small firm price package.  Our bookkeeping fees start at $250 per month for existing businesses but we do offer reduced rates for new businesses within their first six months of operations to help them get on their feet.
